Nerdy Maids is a new cleaning business to provide clients excellent and affordable cleaning services. We provide weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and much more! New clients will receive 10% off on their first clean.

1. Service Terms:
- Specific cleaning services will be provided to the client once an estimate is made and the contract and agreement is signed to start service,
- Cleaning services will be done at client's request (weekly,bi-weekly,monthly, etc)
2. Payment and Pricing:
- Pricing will be made once estimate is done in client's home.
- Payment methods will be made either online by our website or we accept cash/check payments on the time of service.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Cancellation for cleaning services will need to be made within 24-hour notice before the time of clean. If cleaning needs to be rescheduled for any reason clients must contact Nerdy Maids by email nerdymaidsllc@gmail.com, text, or call.
4. Access and Security:
- Nerdy Maids will assess at the time of estimate by going to the client’s location where cleaning service will be held.
- Clients will be at the location when estimate is too be made and it is the client’s responsibility to be able to allow access to Nerdy Maids to make estimate.
5. Feedback and Complaints:
- We encourage clients to give any feedback at time of service for any reason that may need to be resolved or addressed.
- If for any reason the client has any dissatisfaction with their cleaning service, please contact Nerdy Maids so that we may resolve the issue and prevent any arise.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy:
-We emphasize the commitment to respecting our client's privacy and confidentiality.
- Clients personal information or keys will be handled securely by Nerdy Maids.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Nerdy Maids provides satisfaction guarantee for re-cleaning in case the client is not fully satisfied with the service they are provided.
8. Health and Safety:
We want to emphasize our care and concern as well as responsibility of not only our cleaners but our client's well-being to provide a safe environment when cleaning.
- We want to be able to communicate any COVID-19 safety measures, if applicable to our clients to ensure safety to our clients and the requirements met when cleaning.
